He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sons, Denny White of Imperial, MO and David White (Soomie) of Chicago, IL; his siblings, Lynn Whiteley (Larry) and Carl Smith (Karin); his grandchildren, Mason White of St. Louis, MO, Madigan Bavlsik (Brendan) of St. Louis, MO, Makoy White of St. Louis, MO, Macallan White of St. Louis, MO, Grace White and Ethan White of Chicago, IL; and his stepchildren, Jill Davidson (Eric), Kristin Whitney (Andrew), Melissa Hostetter (Stephen), Sarah Brown (Josh) and Nathan Lane. He is also survived by seven step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
