She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brandt and Adelheid Brandt (Ueffing); her husband Eldon; her foster parents, Anna Weaver and Steven Weaver; Gertrude A. Mallard.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Constant, Mark Constant (Jessica), Maria Schroettner and Teresa Kroll; her grandchildren, Matthew, Angela, Eric, Brandon, Cierra, Jamie and Alexandra; her great grandchild Kennedy; and her friend Nina Holman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many more foster children.
