He is survived by: his parents, Jacqueline Witherspoon (Michael Evans) and Avery Witherspoon; his wife LaChrishon; his children, DaAmbria Smith, Jahiem Smith, Aaron Weeams, Shimiress Harden and Isarel Cook; his siblings, Courtney Witherspoon (Shay), Brandon James (Sinita), Rashan Browning (Danyaie), Josiah Grayned, JaPaul Comage, Sikiesha Bond (Torice), Dynika James and Ashli Bond (Colton); and his grandchildren, Demetrius Smith and Da'Riyah Smith. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and a host of cousins, friends.
