We are sad to announce that, on July 2, 2024, at the age of 90, Barbara McCulley of Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Campbell and F. Helen Campbell (Gifford); and her husband David H. "Mac" McCulley. She is survived by: her granddaughter Xiu Ying Pratt (Justin); her daughter Emily; her brother Carl Gene Campbell (Judy) of South Carolina; her niece Carrie Jean Maggard (Phillip); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tessa of North Carolina and Zander of North Carolina; and her extended family, Kindra Beiler (Donnie) and Ilene McQuality.

Memorials in Barbara's honor may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church and Disabled American Veterans.
