She was predeceased by: her parents, Earle V. Ray and Lucille Ray (Dial); her husband Raymond Guy Tyler; her sons-in-law, Cliff Entz and Ed Zimmerman; and her grandson Norman Entz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bev Zimmerman, Carol Gnerer (Hank) and Vickie Entz; her grandchildren, Gordon Entz (Shawn), Amanda Mohr (Kevin), Brian Gnerer (Natalie), Keri Beader (Alan) and Lori Ash (Curt); her great grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, Josiah, Alexa, Emmy, Maddy, Natalie, Kody, Katie, Mason, Kate and Heaven; her great great grandchildren, Embrilynn, Hazel, Samuel, Noah, Kinzlee, Laikzyn and Lawsyn; and her close friend Martha Jo Colver.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home (2827 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials in Dr. Tyler's honor may be made to Central Christian Church or Tanglewood Village Activity Fund.
