She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Jay and Esther Jay; and her husband Ron. She is survived by: her sons, Ted Campbell Jr., Roger Campbell (Tina), Barry Campbell (Tina) and Jeff Campbell (Michelle); her sister Joyce Derby (Jerry) of Neveda; and her stepchildren, Brian Grimes (Val), Dorinda Mormino, Suzi Randall, Rhonda Graper (Peter) and Stephanie Eisenmenger. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tanzyus Logan Funeral Service (2442 IL-121, Decatur, IL 62526). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Graceland Cemetery (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526).

Memorials can be made out to charity of donor's choice.
