Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (130 W Eldorado St, Decatur, IL 62522). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials in Bill's honor may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church or Allerton Park, 525 Old Timber Rd, Monticello, IL 61856.
