He was predeceased by: his father Tommie Gene Purdy. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn McMurray Purdy of Decatur; and his brothers, Tommy Purdy (Della), Jon Purdy (Dante) and Chad Purdy (Asta). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and friends.
