He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Kohlbecker and Janet Kohlbecker (Hock); his sister Amber Kohlbecker (Anthony) of Decatur; his sister-in-law Celeste Kohlbecker of Normal; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole Kohlbecker, Rachel Kohlbecker-Smith (Mike), Ashlea Ballant, David Ballant, Brice Ballant (Sam) and Shawn Ballant (Kayla). He was also cherished by 8 great-nephews and 3 great-nieces.
