He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Carrie Kouadio (Yao), John Owen (Britt), Michelle Owen (Eli), Julie Herrera (Daniel), Mary Owen and Josh Owen; his grandchildren, Vieyiti, Alomah, Akoumae, Essileyeh, Elasseh Kouadio, Lucien, Caspian Owen, Naomi, Saba Elias, Veronica and Nicholas Herrera; his siblings, Martha Eller (Dennis) and Bill Owen (Patricia); his brother-in-law Gary Puckett; and his friends, Patrick McLoughlin and Larry Grunert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
