He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harrison and Effie Walters (Orr); his wife Phyllis Ann Stuckey of Decatur, IL; his sons, Mark and Scott Byron; his siblings, Howard, Victor, Paul Walters and Mabel Hudelson; his daughter-in-law Patricia "Tish" Walters; and his grandson Shane Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Terry (Cheryl) of Pana, IL, Cinda Walker of Wichita, KS and Craig (Lori) of Wichita, KS; his daughter-in-law Pam Brittain Walters of Weatherford, TX; his grandchildren, Todd Walters (Tanya) of Merkel, TX, Brandon Walker (Renee) of Wyndmoor, PA, Joshua Walters (Angie) of New Berlin, IL, Whitney Meek (Dustin) of Gretna, NE, Katie O'Donnell (Tyler) of Wichita, KS and Quentin Walters (Christina) of Phoenix, AZ; and his granddaughter-in-law Kerri Walker of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
