He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Louise Shadow and Carl Wilson; his wife Paulette Nash; his stepfather William Harvey; and his siblings, Billy Harvey, Terry Harvey, Virginia Reynolds and Patricia Perry.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Harvey (Staci) of Rochelle and Mark Harvey (Lisa) of Huntley, Illinois; his grandchildren, Alex, Ben, Anna, Hailey and Avery Harvey; his stepmother Gena Harvey of Decatur, Illinois; and his sisters, Tammy Beck, Tracy Loftland (Dale), Donna Reed (Todd), Joanna Fletcher (Craig), Roberta Monson and Anne Challis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, church family, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to establish a scholarship in Carl's honor are welcomed.
