Carl will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Carl is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Carl’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Minton and Laura Minton (Stiner); his wife Lois Oliver (Durbin); and his children, Judith and William.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Oliver (Brenda) of Mt. Zion, John Minton of Georgia and Charles Minton of Decatur. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Carl's memory to the American Cancer Society or Shriner's Children's Research Hospital.
