He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bond Webb and Wanda Lee Webb (Beck); his sister Susan Hartstirn; and his grandson Cole Thomas Webb. He is survived by: his wife Anne (Hawkins); his children, Christina Marie Branham, Timothy Robert Webb and Jonathan Robert Webb (Mollie); his sisters, Rebecca Johnston, Sarah Hammond (Craig) and Amy Mattingly; and his grandchildren, Ethan Robert, Tyler Lucas Branham, Stella Cole Webb and Keller Bond Webb. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
