With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Ruch of Decatur, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 20, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Ruch and Gladys Ruch (Shuemake); his siblings, John Ruch and Lynda White; his brother-in-law Mike White; and his nephew Matthew White.
He is survived by: his children, Jana Sky (Steve) of Roseburg, OR and Rusty Ruch of Las Vegas, NV; and his sister Jeanne Bodkin (Lynn).
