It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Terneus of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Craig and Ruth Craig; and her husband Junior Terneus. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Terneus and Ruth Ann of Decatur; her granddaughter Kelly Ann; her great grandchild Joshua Howell (Chelsie); and her brother John L. Eaton.
