She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Miller and Nadine Miller (Davis); and her brother David Miller. She is survived by: her husband Mike Turner of Decatur; her son Brett Turner (Jess) of Fort Collins, Colorado; and her grandson Nicholas Turner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Cheryll's honor may be made to the Children's Museum of Illinois.
