He is survived by: his children, Sherry Powell (Curtis), Jennie Thomas (Pete), Sandra Powell, LaTonja Taylor Green, Clarence Hood, Danny Williams and Shayla Hood; and his siblings, Robert L. Jackson Sr., Jennie Carman and Verma Taylor. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
