He is survived by: his children, Claude A. Bradshaw (Lisa) of Decatur, IL, Tracy Bradshaw of Decatur, IL and Brenda Bradshaw of Decatur, IL; his siblings, Mike Bradshaw (Amiee) of Decatur, IL and Tootie Rodgers (Jim Rush) of Decatur, IL; and his caregiver Sue. He is also survived by four granddaughters, three grandsons, five great-grandsons, one great-granddaughter.
