He is survived by: his children, Paul Spicer, Michelle Crowell (Paul) of Decatur, IL and Kathy Mullen (Mike); his grandchildren, Kyle, Samantha, Jeff, Nathan, Blake, Sydney, Sarah, Tyler, Cory and Aaron; his great grandchildren, Angela, Lola, Lachlan, Lennox, Emberlyn, Landon, Roman, Wrenleigh, Abigail, Annabelle, Alexis, Aubree, Carter and Talen; and his siblings, Darrell Spicer, Gary Spicer, Judy Vest and Janet Warner of Argenta, IL..
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
