He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnie Walker and Ida Belle Walker (Major); his former wife Carolyn "Cookie" Harvey; and his brother Don Walker. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Hardy; and his children, Paul Walker (Ruth) of Springfield, IL, Mark Walker (Janice) of Coon Rapids, MN, Rene' Heckman (Wes) of Riverton, IL, Leslie Snyder (Jim) of Walla Walla, WA and Robert Mathias (Kim) of Savoy, IL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; five great‑grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
