He is survived by: his wife Sue Mulcahey; his children, Tammara Whitworth, Helen Gulledge, Connie McCoy, Bonnie Atteberry, David McCoy Jr. (Teena), Thomas McCoy (Michelle), Chelsea McCoy II (Jill), Bridget Phillips (Michael) and Megan McCoy (Maria); and his siblings, John E. McCoy (Barbara) and Jane Hirschinger. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; and 29 great - grandchildren.
