He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Stacey Salanga of Chula Vista, CA; his nephew James Winter of Beloit, WI; his niece Amy Jo Schoenfelder (James) of Memphis, TN; his in-laws, Donald and Lorain Sheets of Decatur, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Howard and Karen Criswell of Atoka, TN..
