He is survived by: his children, Rodney Moore (Alishia), Jodie Moore Barbin (Anthony), Gary Moore, Denise Williams, Latrice Williams and Carol Williams; his siblings, Jackie Parks, Janice Gavin, Kay Lowe and Carla Lowe; his close friend James Washington; and his nieces, Yolanda Minor and Taryn Williams. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
