He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Janet Waters, Bob Waters, Cliff and Mary Nelson. He is survived by: his parents, Rick Nelson and Jenise Nelson (Richison); and his brother Blake Nelson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and co-workers/friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Life Builders Church (833 W Pershing Rd, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials donations may be made to the Humane Society of Decatur and Macon County Humane.
