With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald K. Hyland of Decatur, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hyland and Goldie Ferne Hyland (Broughton). He is survived by: his wife Lou Ellen Harris of Decatur; and his daughter Lisa Hyland (Randy Wiley) of Mt. Zion.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Library or Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church.
