Doris Mae Timpe Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Mae Timpe in Decatur, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Mast and Juletta W. Mast (Peters); her spouse Thomas E. Timpe; and her siblings, Don Mast, Janice Prior and Roberta Ehrhardt.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Gallucci (Frank) of Bloomington, IL, Kim Lucas (Jason) of Lincoln, IL and Greg Timpe (Hilary) of Countryside, IL.; and her siblings-in-law, Tom McCaughey, Doug Anderson, Jim Ehrhardt and Marian Mast.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (2600 Maine St, Quincy, IL 62301).
