With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy Klockenga of Decatur, Illinois, born in Atlanta, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Gosda and Lillian Gosda (Gimbel); and her husband Darrell Klockenga. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy McGlade of Decatur and Lori Woodruff (John) of Charleston, IL; her granddaughters, Brandi McGlade, Tiffany Snow (Kenneth), Sabrina Fawcett (Joe) and Megan Woodruff; her great grandchildren, Keaton Snow, Emmalynn Snow, Hudson Snow, Cameron McGlade, John Fawcett and Stella Fawcett; and her sister Rose Singley.
Dorothy's request for memorials is that donations should be given to Pilgrim Lutheran Church or Camp CILCA, 4124 County Rd 4 1/2 W, Cantrall, IL 62625, instead of purchasing flowers in her honor.
