He is survived by : his wife Bertha Voncile Hudson of Decatur; his children, Sheridan Harrison (Jerome) of Decatur, Brian Oliver (Jenny) of Decatur, Gregory Hudson of Des Moines and Daniel Hudson of Decatur; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Winston (Walter), Dora Banks (Andrew), Ilry Fox and Amos Leon Fox; and also, Hill and El Bethel Church. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.

Taylor i told elder hudson that i would never let him down him down, since that day, i preached in churches in florida, illinois and tennessee, and though i went out i took his teachings with me, and i would like to believe that in some of what i do a little bit of elder hudson is in me, now to the family, church, friends, may the lord be with you always, as he is with this fine man rev.a hudson, amen, y'all tell the lord thank you.”

Taylor this man elder aubrey hudson had a stubborn faith that could not be moved, i knew this because i prayed with him, i ate with him, i listen to him talking about his visions from god years before the world received it, when i was a young preacher, in 1985 elder hudson gave me a license to preach, and when he handed it to me, he said remember that your gift will make room for you, i was so glad.”
