With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ena Gagliano of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on January 6, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Ena had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Ena may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth W. Stonebraker and Ena Louis Stonebraker (Smart); her son Kenneth Hackney; and her sister Donna Whitaker. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Hackney (Bev) of Decatur and George Hackney (Tami) of Decatur; and her sister Linda Bliss (Charles) of Maroa. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three nieces; and one nephew.
