She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hackney and Pearl Hackney (Cockrell); her husband John Andes; her sisters, Ruth Portwood and Dorothy Bilyeu; and her son Walter Andes.
She is survived by: her children, Lois Watkins of Decatur, Phillip Andes (Anna) of Decatur, Mark Andes of Decatur and Kathy Caylor (Bruce) of Decatur; and her grandchildren, Monica Probus (Jeff), Kimberly Golladay (J. J.), David McBride (Tammy), Brian McBride (Jenny), Ryan Andes, Shay Millspaugh, Lynette Johnson, Joe McLemore and April Mathis. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made in Flora's memory to the Alzheimer's association.
