He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Michael Shindler (Jeanne) and Wendy Gomez (Roy); his sisters, Phyllis Holliday (Bill) and Debra Brown-Rakola; and his brother-in-law Del Winkle. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
