He is survived by: his wife Janice Senkiw; his children, Melissa Gearhart, Christy Gearhart, Elizabeth Gearhart, Michael Lawhead of Decatur, IL, Thomas Lawhead of Decatur, IL, Nina Lawhead (Mike) of Lecanto, FL, James Senkiw (Brittany) of Danvers, IL and Joshua Senkiw (Ashley) of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Calvin Phillips, George Phillips, Michelle Phillips and Melissa McMichen (Randy); and his grandchildren, Tony Cutrona, Gracelyn Lawhead, Paige Lawhead, Jace Lawhead, Wyatt, Brantley Senkiw, Jaxon Senkiw and Kashton Senkiw. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
