She is survived by: her children, Jeff Guy (Laura) of Madison, MS, Sean Guy (Melissa) of Acworth, GA and Chris Guy (Cara) of Maryville, IL.; her brother Butch Wingfield (Jan) of Novi, MI.; her grandchildren, Claire Guy Powell (Blair), Richard Guy and Abigail Guy; her great grandchildren, Tristan, Adaline and Greyson Powell; and her nieces and nephews, Lauren Fortier (Brandon) and Matt Wingfield.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
