He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James Shinall and Mary Elizabeth Shinall (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Milligan; his daughter Tami Wittenauer (Tim) of Decatur, IL; his grandson Trent Wittenauer (Jordan) of Decatur, IL; his great grandchildren, Aurora and Maeve; and his brother Ronnie Shinall of Marion, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (2160 N Edward St, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Macon County Animal Shelter.
