He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse James Shinall and Mary Elizabeth Shinall (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Milligan; his daughter Tami Wittenauer (Tim) of Decatur, IL; his grandson Trent Wittenauer (Jordan) of Decatur, IL; his great grandchildren, Aurora and Maeve; and his brother Ronnie Shinall of Marion, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Macon County Animal Shelter.
