He is survived by: his children, Tere Lee-Dillard and Mike Lee (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Dana O'Hara (Michael) of Arizona, Seth Dillard (Meghan) of Arizona, Jenna Dillard-Shroeder (Patrick) of Arizona, Sam Lee (Jenny) and Mekala Karcz (Josh) of Decatur. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
