He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Bledsaw and June Bledsaw. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Bledsaw; his sons, James Jr. (Barb) and Danny (Pam); and his siblings, Linda (Jerry Kitchens), Charlotte, Robert, Debbie (Russ Lucas) and Carol. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Gilead Cemetery (455 Mt Gilead Rd, Decatur, IL 62521).
