He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Kramer and Lorraine Kramer (Mizeur); his brother Kenneth Kramer; and his grandson Christian Kramer. He is survived by : his wife Kathryn Sue Kramer of Decatur, IL; his children, Jennifer McCleery (Mark) of Long Creek, IL, Scott Kramer of Decatur, IL and Steven Kramer of Decatur, IL; his siblings, Charles Kramer (Janet) of Memphis, TN and Mary Kimmel (Terry) of Pana, IL; his grandchildren, Cassie McCleery (Noah Wiggle), Tyler McCleery, Julie McCleery (Trent), Jordan Wittenauer (Trent) and London Kramer; his great grandchildren, Maeve and Aurora Wittenauer; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Kramer of Pana, IL, Betty Bergbower of Bluford, IL, JoAnn Bergbower of Newton, IL and Jane Ochs (Norb) of Ste. Marie, IL..

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (407 E Eldorado St, Decatur, IL 62522). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
