He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wagoner and Lois Wagoner; and his daughter Mindy L. Wagoner. He is survived by: his wife Marie of Decatur; his children, Jan W. Wagoner, Jr. (Tiffany) of Decatur, Monica Wagoner-Hamilton (Chris) of Eldorado Springs, MO and Jeff Wagoner (Kelly) of Blue Mound; and his siblings, John Wagoner, Jr. (Cindy), Debbie Railsback, James Wagoner (Carol), Jerry Wagoner (Becky) and Denise Moore (Lyle). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and many extended family.
