She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles M. Wade and Evelyn Wade (Sunderland); and her husband Leonard Castleman. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Platt (Randy) of Decatur and Jill Johnson (Don) of Carbondale, IL; her brothers, Jerry Wade (Nancy) of Decatur and Mark Wade (Donna) of Sherman, IL; her siblings-in-law, Vincent Fitzgerald (Lori) of Downs, IL and Pat Walker; and her caregiver Tangy Thurmond.
