He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Jacobs and Jessie Darlene Jacobs (Skinner). He is survived by: his sister Cheryl Woodworth (Ken); his nieces, Camie Engels (Doug) and Kristen Kim; and his great-nieces, Macie and Brenna.
