She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Sablotny and Vera Hollingsworth Sablotny; her husband Clarence "Bob" Perkins; and her son Rickie Dale Perkins. She is survived by: her cousins, Dale, Del, Jackie and Donna Hunt; her children, Barry Perkins (Vickie) and Sherie Perkins; her daughter-in-law Judy Perkins; her grandchildren, Rob Perkins (Lisa), Jenny Tripp (Tom), Angela Shelton (Paul), Bobbie Lozano (Ed), Daniel Mehr (Destiny), Nick Mehr and Helen Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Perkins, Brianna Tripp, Eric, Jess Shelton, Isabella, Sophia Lozano, Vincent, Cashtin and Gracelyn Mehr.
