He is survived by: his parents, Burton Bley Patrick and Jan Noble Patrick (Hachat); his brother Michael Patrick of Oak Brook, IL; his cousin Karolyn Wells Rich (James) of Frankfort, IL; and his friend Jake Walters (family: Kima, Jakab) of Moweaqua, IL.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fairlawn Cemetery (1600 W King St, Decatur, IL 62522).
