He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Milligan and Evelyn Milligan (Stickle) of Monroe, WA; his wife Carol Nelson of Decatur; his children, Leslie Johnson (Brian) of Decatur, Beth Bruntjen (Adam) of Forsyth, Joshua Milligan (Amanda) of Dalton City and Jessica Milligan (Jeremy Vaughn) of Decatur; his siblings, James Milligan (Dianne) of Decatur, Sue Cook (Russell) of Hudson, MA and Lori Owens (Tim) of Monroe, WA; his aunt Christine Milligan of Decatur; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Liam, Michelena, Sophie, Paige, Bryce, Zoey and James; and his uncle William.
