He was predeceased by : his sister Cheryl Casey. He is survived by : his daughter Veronica Brown (Doug Stevens); his granddaughters, Tyra K and Jade E. Brown; his parents, Charles Aukamp and Mary Aukamp (Kramer); his brother Ed Aukamp (Suzanne); and his nieces, Jennifer L. Gray (Chris), Kelly A. Aukamp and Amy L. Aukamp. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home (971 Prescott Ct, Macon, IL 62544). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials are suggested to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
