She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Harold and Helen Marie Bonds (Laskowski); her husband Ronald Keith Perry; her children, Ronald Keith Perry, Jr., Laura Butcher and Jeannie Perkins; and her sisters, Janice and Donna.

She is survived by: her daughter Shirl Baum of Mt. Pulaski, IL; and her siblings, Richard Bonds of Decatur, IL, Diane Bonds of Decatur, IL and Glenda Sinnard of Mt Zion, IL. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
