She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Williams and Elma Williams (Marshall); and her spouse Glenn A. "Ozzie" Osborne. She is survived by: her children, Edwin Lynn, Tracy Dean (Judy), Gary Brian (Nicole) and Linda Eileen Lowe (Ronnie). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, if you choose, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or First Freewill Baptist Church in Decatur.
