With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Carol Urquhart of Decatur, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Justice and Mildred Justice (Hooper); and her sister Rosie Fair. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her son Robby Urquhart (Holly) of Decatur; her siblings, Dixie Hedden (Bob) of Decatur, Glenda Strode (Melvin) of Decatur and Shirley Elmore (Bob) of Florida; and her granddaughters, Hannah Urquhart and Abigail Urquhart. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
