Though Judy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hogan and Margaret Hogan (Loomis); and her former husband George Turner. She is survived by: her husband Ed Dougherty of Decatur; her children, Deanne Castro (Christopher) of Jacksonville, FL and George (Nicole Miller) of Denver, CO; and her granddaughter Isabela. She is also survived by two sisters; one brother; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
