He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Lowell and Margie Marie Wilber (Hebel); his wife Patricia Ann Balding; and his sons, Keith Wilber, Jr. and Chad Lowell Wilber.
He is survived by: his sons, Nick Wilber (Laurie) of Grayslake, IL and Jim Wilber (Sandy) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Kyle, Logan, Xander and Race; his great grandchild Raynee; his sister Kim Brown of Decatur; and his close friends, Larry and Sandy Hott.
